These legal notices summarise the terms that apply to use of Netli recruitment pages, candidate routes, employer listings, and related services.

They sit alongside Netli's wider privacy, cookie, acceptable-use, and service terms.

Service operator

Recruitment services are operated for Netli by New Healthcare Solutions Ltd unless a separate agreement states otherwise.

References to Netli include the public recruitment pages, job-listing services, employer tools, candidate application routes, and related support communications.

Use of the service

  • Users may access the service only for lawful recruitment, employment, candidate-search, and related care-sector workforce purposes.
  • Access may be changed, suspended, withdrawn, or limited where required for security, maintenance, legal, operational, or policy reasons.
  • Users must not misuse the service or interfere with normal operation of the platform.
  • Users remain responsible for their own decisions, communications, submissions, and compliance obligations.

Recruitment listings and applications

Employers are responsible for the content, accuracy, lawfulness, and management of job listings, application requirements, role descriptions, and candidate communications.

Candidates are responsible for checking role details and ensuring that application information, CVs, messages, and supporting materials are accurate and complete.

  • A listing does not guarantee that a role remains available.
  • An application does not guarantee interview, employment, engagement, or response.
  • Netli may remove or restrict listings that appear inaccurate, unlawful, unsafe, or inconsistent with platform standards.

Privacy and data protection

Personal data submitted through recruitment services may be used to operate the service, process enquiries or applications, support employers and candidates, maintain security, and meet legal obligations.

Employers and recruiters using candidate information must handle it lawfully, securely, and only for legitimate recruitment purposes.

Intellectual property

The platform design, branding, content structure, software, and service materials belong to Netli or its licensors unless stated otherwise.

Users must not copy, reproduce, scrape, sell, or reuse platform content or service materials except as allowed by law or written permission.

Liability and availability

The service is provided with reasonable care, but continuous availability, uninterrupted access, or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

Netli is not responsible for employer hiring decisions, candidate representations, third-party content, external websites, or losses caused by misuse of the service.

Governing law

These notices are governed by the laws of Scotland unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

If any part of these notices is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply.
